The Apartment Rent Line reserves the right to terminate any account if it or its agents or affiliates learns that the authorized owner/agent and /or business has provided The Apartment Rent Line/ APTRENTLINE.com with false or misleading registration information or has violated any part of the Terms of Service/USE.
The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com may modify or discontinue its advertisements and services for any account with or without notice to any User, without liability to any User or any third party. The user understands and agrees that The Apartment Rent Line/ APTRENTLINE.com services are provided "as is" for advertising purposes without endorsement or direct referral of any user or advertiser, service or product. Users further understand that the apartments, services, products, promotions and special offers etc. that appear on The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com may no longer be available without notice.
All users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from their use of The Apartment Rent Line/APTRENTLINE.com services, your violation of the Terms of Service or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
